HOW TO FRY. Heat the oil (Deep frying) and when it reaches medium heat, put the frozen samoosas in the oil. After 2 minutes, lower the heat and deep fry very slowly, carefully turning the samoosas till they are crisp and deepened to a rich biscuit colour. Drain on kitchen paper over a wire rack or colander.
FREEZER TIP Uncooked samoosas can be frozen for up to 6 months. There is no need to thaw before deep frying.
SERVING Samoosas are served with delicious chutneys, dips or pieces of lemon.
