Tomato Tamarind Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup Pickle masala
1/2 cup Tamarind pulp
1/2 cup Black vinegar
2 green Chillies
1 dsp Green Dhania (Coriander)
1 tsp Ground garlic
1 dsp lemon juice
3 Curry leaves

Method
Liquidise all ingredients in a blender.Seperately heat 1 dsp mustard seeds and 3 dsp oil and add to mixture in blender.
Bottle when cold.

Khurshids Samoosa Dip

Ingredients

1 Cup Tomato Sauce
1 Cup Chilli Sauce (Crosse and Blackwell)
1 Cup Chutney (Mrs Balls)
1 dsp Pickle masala
1 Tsp whole cumin
1 Tsp Sesame seeds (White)
2 Green Chillies

Method
Add all ingredients together in a blender and liquidise. Heat 2 dsp of oil and add to mixture.
Bottle when cold.

Tamarind Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Tamarind Pulp
1/2 Black Vinegar
1/4 Cup Warm water
2 Green Chillies
1/2 tsp Salt
3 dsp Crushed Chillies
3 dsp Sugar
1 dsp Green Dhania (Coriander)
2 cloves Garlic

Method
Liquidise all ingredients in blender. Add 3 dsp heated oil to ingredients.
Bottle when cold.

NB. Tamarind Pulp is made by soaking tamarind in 1cup of hot water and strained. Remove the seed.
Remember all Sauces must be kept refrigerated.
